Arctic Engineers and Constructors employs more than 50 well-trained and experienced personnel. Our employees include administrative personnel, estimators, project managers, superintendents, grade and utility foremen, pipe layers, equipment operators, drivers, and laborers. Arctic Engineers and Constructors owns and maintains an extensive inventory of heavy construction equipment including dump trucks, track hoes, excavators, dozers, loaders, motor graders, and rollers. Arctic Engineers and Constructors maintains its own equipment maintenance shop with highly experienced mechanics. A rigorous equipment maintenance schedule has been instituted for each piece of equipment to ensure availability and reliability.
